Andy and Connor at Morse recently installed a new alarm system, and re configured an existing cctv system perfectly for my property. From initial consultation (where Andy advised everything that would be suitable for what I wanted to achieve) to final fitting, was both seamless and cost effective. He didn't try and over sell anything that was unnecessary, but ticked every box that was needed at my property (he was also on call outside of work hours to make a small alteration which is very reassuring for futures ref). I would highly recommend Morse, and wont hesitate to use going forward.

DO NOT USE MORSE SECURITYAndy of Morse Security installed a faulty intruder alarm system at my property. When I tried to address the issue, Andy ignored my phone calls and messages for seven months. This forced me to hire another alarm company to remove the faulty system and install a functional one. After seven months of no contact, Andy finally reached out to demand payment for the defective system and monitoring services. Initially, Andy seemed professional, but his unreliability quickly became evident. I strongly advise avoiding Morse Security and Andy due to his lack of dependability. If you need a reliable alarm company, feel free to message me for recommendations of a great local firm.
Morse have taken over our house alarm system from another company and we couldn’t be happier. Neither the landline or the free phone lines are being answered. They ring for a little while and then cut off. Doesn't give me any confidence in the company, I will try elsewhere for my security installation.
Checked sensors and re-set system following disabling due to redecoration of lounge,dining room and hallway and landing. This was done within an hour of email requesting their services.
I can highly recommend Morse Security having called them on Monday this week (which was 38 degrees plus). I called about lunchtime and spoke to Andy who came the same day to look at our alarm. We already had our home protected with an intruder alarm system set up by Morse Security which we have been more than happy with. Sadly our BMW X5 was stolen from our driveway recently so we knew we had to do more. I contacted Andy and he was very helpful with recommending equipment that we could install outside our property to work alongside our home alarm. We received our quote promptly and the work was carried out within days after we gave the go ahead. We have had sensors fitted on our driveway that will detect individuals coming onto our drive when they shouldn't be which will trigger our home alarm, aswell as a camera with built in floodlight and alarm which will also be set off. We now have peace of mind that our vehicles are protected thanks to Morse Security! Would highly recommend!

Clearing up after Absolute Alarms.After a power cut we were locked out of our CCTV system. We have a care plan with AA but it is very expensive and it appears to be a membership fee rather than a maintenance plan.Everything costs extra.We called Andy of Morse Security and he came round and sorted out the CCTV. He also set up perimeters of intrusion and set the resolution to 1080p. None of this was offered when AA were on premises and never have been explained to us.I really wish I turn the clock back and go with Morse Security for the full install. Better value, a great wealth of experience and a thoroughly nice guy.When the maintenance contract lapses out from AA we shall ONLY be calling Morse in future.
I’m very happy with the installation of my alarm system and CCTV. Connor was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to properly explain how to use the new equipment. When I wanted some adjustments made they were done efficiently. The whole experience was very positive and the work completed to a high standard. These guys are incredible. We met to discuss requirements and they advised on several aspects of security, lighting and cctv. No hard sell, that’s not their approach. Had Morse security install a home security system a number of years ago which is still going strong today and meets all my requirements. Like alot of people at the moment have been forced to work from home and had a office built at the back garden and was having issues getting internet to it. Put something on Facebook and Andy replied, the next day his team was round and within hours had super fast internet. Top service and quality products will always recommend Morse.

I phoned Morse Security after the old ADT system at our property went off and had a fault with it. They had an engineer come and see the next day. I was thinking we would have to have a whole new system fitted but they were able to take over our ADT system without the monthly fees ADT require.Andy really knew his stuff and had us all set up and running very quickly for a very reasonable price.Would highly recommend them!

Andy and his team installed security lights and a camera over two years ago for my elderly mother. Morse Security responded promptly to a request for a quote for a new installation. They visited my property and walked through all options based upon my requirements and provided a competitive quote. Installation was arranged shortly thereafter. The operative who did the installation was professional and polite and tidied up afterwards. He explained full operation instructions so we we confident in usage of the new system. Post installation support is good should you need it and Morse will undertake annual service of the system at your request (additional cost)Really can’t say enough good about this company and would thoroughly recommend them.
