Information on Paxton Net2 Desktop USB Reader
The Paxton Net 2 Desktop USB Reader sits sleekly next to your PC and is used for adding tokens to your Net2 system. You can also identify lost and found tokens. This USB reader is compatible with the Net2 MIFARE® tokens.

It's simple to install, just add plug it into the USB port, and you're ready to start using your USB reader. No additional software required.
Once a new token is presented to your desktop USB reader then a new user wizard will prompt you with the appropriate card number. The token presents the name and details and be entered and the token is issued.
Should the token be already known to the system when presented to the desktop reader then users credentials will appear. This can be used for multiple machines that have Net2 software installed.
