The Light House was a high-specification residential refurbishment requiring intruder and fire alarms that could integrate with Control4. Morse Security designed the installation around those requirements and the wider refurbishment work.
The brief called for a Grade 2/3 intruder alarm solution using a combination of wired and wireless technology. The recorded specification included app control, fire detection, Control4 integration and Dualcom UDL GPRS monitoring.
A Texecom Premier Elite 88 alarm panel was used for the installation.
Morse Security designed and carried out the first fix in collaboration with the electricians and Rayleigh HiFi. Coordinating the security work with the other trades was part of delivering the specified installation.
