Integrated security for a bespoke new-build home

Rainbows was a high-specification residential new-build project. Morse Security worked on the intruder alarm, fire detection, CCTV and intercom requirements, with the design coordinated alongside the owner and builder.

The design brief

The property was individually designed, so the security installation needed to be considered with the building’s appearance and layout. Morse Security designed and carried out the first fix in collaboration with the owner and builder.

Security systems included

• A Grade 2 intruder alarm using a combination of wired and wireless technology.
• App control and Control4 integration.
• Fire detection and Dualcom UDL GPRS monitoring.
• IP CCTV with intruder-detection analytics, including line-crossing detection.
• Intercom integration for automated gate control.
