Andy and Connor at Morse recently installed a new alarm system, and re configured an existing cctv system perfectly for my property. From initial consultation (where Andy advised everything that would be suitable for what I wanted to achieve) to final fitting, was both seamless and cost effective. He didn't try and over sell anything that was unnecessary, but ticked every box that was needed at my property (he was also on call outside of work hours to make a small alteration which is very reassuring for futures ref). I would highly recommend Morse, and wont hesitate to use going forward.
We have used Andy and his team for years and they are always reliable and professional. I would definitely recommend using them for your security and peace of mind.
Morse have taken over our house alarm system from another company and we couldn’t be happier. From the first visit to assess our system , to the excellent communication from the office and great follow up and takeover of the system we have been impressed with the professionalism , diligence and care in our dealings with Morse.
We can’t recommend them highly enough
A quality team to work alongside. Andy and Co always show the utmost professionalism and never fail to impress. As part of a nationwide network of elite installers Morse provide great service and total reliability. We recommend them without hesitation.
Checked sensors and re-set system following disabling due to redecoration of lounge, dining room and hallway and landing. This was done within an hour of email requesting their services.
I can highly recommend Morse Security having called them on Monday this week (which was 38 degrees plus). I called about lunchtime and spoke to Andy who came the same day to look at our alarm. In that heat I wasn’t expecting that! He was polite, professional and explained everything really well. 5 star customer service without a doubt! Thanks Andy
As a company dealing with high end clients and large businesses, we would only ever recommend Morse Security as we know the job will be done by professional and highly trained staff and completed to a high standard. We highly recommend this company. Thank you for all the work completed so far.
We already had our home protected with an intruder alarm system set up by Morse Security which we have been more than happy with. Sadly our BMW X5 was stolen from our driveway recently so we knew we had to do more. I contacted Andy and he was very helpful with recommending equipment that we could install outside our property to work alongside our home alarm. We received our quote promptly and the work was carried out within days after we gave the go ahead. We have had sensors fitted on our driveway that will detect individuals coming onto our drive when they shouldn't be which will trigger our home alarm, aswell as a camera with built in floodlight and alarm which will also be set off. We now have peace of mind that our vehicles are protected thanks to Morse Security! Would highly recommend!
Extremely professional service from Morse - we've used them to install and monitor alarm systems across 2x sites for 10 years now and they are always at the end of the phone responding to any issues immediately. Happy to recommend to anyone.
Clearing up after Absolute Alarms.
After a power cut we were locked out of our CCTV system. We have a care plan with AA but it is very expensive and it appears to be a membership fee rather than a maintenance plan.
Everything costs extra.
We called Andy of Morse Security and he came round and sorted out the CCTV. He also set up perimeters of intrusion and set the resolution to 1080p. None of this was offered when AA were on premises and never have been explained to us.
I really wish I turn the clock back and go with Morse Security for the full install. Better value, a great wealth of experience and a thoroughly nice guy.
When the maintenance contract lapses out from AA we shall ONLY be calling Morse in future.
I’m very happy with the installation of my alarm system and CCTV. Connor was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to properly explain how to use the new equipment. When I wanted some adjustments made they were done efficiently. The whole experience was very positive and the work completed to a high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Morse again or recommend them.
Andy and his team have been really helpful and provided a professional service from quotation to installation, they are very knowledgeable.
Nothing was too much trouble and responded quickly to any questions , would highly recommend.
These guys are incredible. We met to discuss requirements and they advised on several aspects of security, lighting and cctv. No hard sell, that’s not their approach. It was very refreshing to work with a company who genuinely tailors a package to your concerns rather than overselling.
The tech team who came to fit were extremely polite, efficient and explained everything fully/in a user friendly way. All together they were with us around a week, they took huge pride in doing a perfect job and they even vacuumed/cleaned any debris from installation.
We can’t say enough great things about the team really. We are pleased we went with them and their products. Thanks so much.
Had Morse security install a home security system a number of years ago which is still going strong today and meets all my requirements. Like alot of people at the moment have been forced to work from home and had a office built at the back garden and was having issues getting internet to it. Put something on Facebook and Andy replied, the next day his team was round and within hours had super fast internet. Top service and quality products will always recommend Morse.
From contacting Morse Security to installation the service has been excellent, nothing has been too much trouble. Very professional, informative & knowledgable. Very happy and highly recommend Morse. We have everything set up on our phones and have been able to contact them for after support, they came same day we called. Thank you, great team, great company.
I phoned Morse Security after the old ADT system at our property went off and had a fault with it. They had an engineer come and see the next day. I was thinking we would have to have a whole new system fitted but they were able to take over our ADT system without the monthly fees ADT require.
Andy really knew his stuff and had us all set up and running very quickly for a very reasonable price.
Would highly recommend them!
I used Morse to secure my business premises. I was so impressed with the work that I also used them to install brand new CCTV and alarm systems at my home. I can’t recommend Morse enough!
Andy and his team installed security lights and a camera over two years ago for my elderly mother. They did an excellent job, were very polite and considerate of her limited tech skills and have revisited several times to make sure she is okay with the system. In the last week they have updated the camera for an improved unit. 100% recommended.
Really good company! Had an alarm for a few years and we had an attempted burglary of our cars. They recommended a driveway sensor and the work was carried out quickly and without any hassle! Would highly recommend them!
After extensive research and meeting with some local and national secruity companies, we found Andy went the extra mile with his professional and personable attitude, answering our questions with his in-depth knowledge of the industry and local area. It is evident that despite serving many large corporate accounts, Andy equally invests his time and effort in the local community. He genuinely cares about safeguarding against and reducing crime in the area. We found the set-up of the system to be smooth, straight forward, and handled with care. George stood out in particular, very unimposing, friendly and meticulous in his work. Andy continues to keep in touch, and we feel we are being well taken care of. If you're looking for a local and high end service, then go with Morse.
Andy and his team are fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable about this business.
Nothing was too much trouble and not being very IT literate I had some problems with the App and had to call Andy a few times . He was always polite and sorted things out quickly. I iwould recomend this company without hesitation to anyone who was interested in home security.
We have moved over to Morse from our existing provider and can say that we are already impressed by the customer service we have received. We would highly recommend Morse Security.
I have moved my alarm system over to Morse and have consistently received excellent customer service, so helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic service, I can't recommend Morse enough. Andy and team responded really quickly to our initial enquiry and within a couple of days we were talking through all the possible options available to address our concerns. Due to an immediate need for a security system, Andy was able to squeeze us in during a really busy period which was great. The installation was complete in one day with no disruption and continues to provide our family with the level of security and most importantly the peace of mind expected. Thank you Morse!
Morse Security responded promptly to a request for a quote for a new installation. They visited my property and walked through all options based upon my requirements and provided a competitive quote. Installation was arranged shortly thereafter. The operative who did the installation was professional and polite and tidied up afterwards. He explained full operation instructions so we we confident in usage of the new system. Post installation support is good should you need it and Morse will undertake annual service of the system at your request (additional cost)
Really can’t say enough good about this company and would thoroughly recommend them.
Andy and the team provided a very professional service. The installation was carried out in a timely and professional fashion and any post installation questions have been responded to very quickly. Would highly recommend them.
Very happy with the excellent and professional service provided. Andy removed my old alarm system and upgraded us to new state of the art alarm system that we can monitor wherever we go. Very impressed.
Morse Security were a pleasure to work with.
They were very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The team that came round to do the work were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that we were secure as quickly as possible.
Would definitely recommend.
It was the first time I've used Morse Security. I received great service from Andy and his team. I got exactly what I wanted, it was fitted very quickly and for a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Morse and would encourage people to support local businesses!
Friendly and professional throughout, taking time to design a system that works for us. Helpful and very prompt follow up service. Would certainly recommend.
Great products, great service. Andy and his team know their stuff and put your mind at ease, very polite and left our property spotless and brilliant aftercare, if you are looking for home or business security, look no further than Morse!

Professional and first rate customer service, installing a quality product.
Thoroughly recommend.
Morse Fire & Security were recommended to us by a previous customer of theirs and our system was installed on Saturday. We're really happy with the whole process from quotation to installation. The installation itself was completed in one day with minimal disruption and no mess whatsoever. More than happy to recommend them to others.
We have had our Morse house alarm for 8 years now and couldn't be happier with it and Morse Security. Andy and the team are friendly, helpful, trustworthy and totally professional. I would highly recommend them.
As a leading Protective Security Services provider we take great care in delivering the highest standards to both private and government sectors. Andy at Morse Security delivers those standards through attention to detail and bespoke best practise. His knowledge in CCTV systems is excellent both in device, across the board system and methodology. Highly recommended.

On recommendation Morse Security came to inspect my home alarm system, I was very pleased with the service they provided, they are very customer focused and would highly recommend them to anyone, I shall definitely be using them in the future.
I have used the Morse team for my business premises, they are simply fantastic! Everything you could ask for, top service. Don't bother looking around as they are the best around.
Morse security were our first choice of alarm providers when we moved into our new property. They arrived the day after we were in, took over and upgraded the outdated system that was in place and came up with innovative solutions for some tricky sensor placements.
Andy and his team are extremely polite, professional and very knowledgeable. They were our first choice and should be yours too if you want a first class service at a reasonable cost.
Late night fault on a Friday night on an old system (with no codes!) not installed by Morse. Andy was with us within 45 minutes and had us back up and running (and fully serviced as an added bonus) in no time. Pleasant, polite, knowledgable and clearly understands customer service. Top marks and details saved for ongoing maintenance and future upgrades.
