The Transition is a co-working space based in the heart of Chelmsford. They offer flexible subscriptions for shared desks, meeting rooms and lounge areas. Open for everyone from digital desk based creatives, to work from home employees, to start-ups and established business owners. The Transition offers private phone booths, high-speed internet, event spaces and printing and finishing facilities.
Fire Alarm/Intruder Alarm/CCTV/Access Control
The install was designed and carried out by us in collaboration with the electricians. (Laser Electrical)
Design & install a Grade 2/3 compliant intruder alarm system conforms to PD6662:2010 & BS8243 with wired and wireless technology. Dualcom UDL GPRS Monitoring with annual maintenance.
We used a Honeywell Galaxy Intruder alarm panel.
Design and install an IP HD CCTV system intended to comply with National Security Inspectorate Code of Practice NCP 104 (Design, Installation and Maintenance of CCTV Systems) including the requirements of BS EN 50132-7: 1996, with particular reference to clause 7.11 of NCP 104.
For the purposes of Prevention and detection of crime. Apprehension and identification of crime and public safety.
The system is networked for remote viewing and playback of images via a pc/tablet or phone app.
Supply and install a PAXTON NET2 Access Control system intended to comply with National Security Inspectorate Code of Practice NCP 109 (Design, Installation and Maintenance of Access Control Systems)
Design and install an addressable L2 Fire Alarm system to BS 5839 Part 1 providing audible smoke and heat detection throughout with Dualcom Monitoring.
